II first started running in mid-2005 at the age of 43 (and a weight of 15 stone!) I made the decision to do the Bath Half Marathon in the following year and asked for Alex’s guidance.

I did my first half marathon, the Bath Half, in a time of two hours and eighteen seconds (!) and I have completed the Bristol Half and the Bath Half again in the year following.
